Facility and Grounds Associate - Part-Time
Job Summary:
The Facility and Grounds Associate supports the day-to-day operations of building maintenance and facility services to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for staff, visitors, and tenants. This role is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the upkeep, repair, and improvement of the facility, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general custodial work. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. This position plays a key role in responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner and supporting the overall efficiency and appearance of the facility.

Certifications/Licensures:

Experience:
Minimum of one year mechanical repair/maintenance
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Primary Job Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Assist with general custodial tasks (cleaning, restoking, light janitorial) Set up, move and break down furniture and equipment for events or space changes
- Conduct regular facility inspections and report safety or repair issues. Monitor and assist with operation of building systems (lighting, HVAC, etc.)
- Respond to maintenance service requests and complete work orders promptly; maintain records of maintenance activities and inventory
- Support groundskeeping, Check grounds daily for trash, seasonal maintenance and waste management
- Travel to all clinic locations as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Preferred at hire medical equipment repair, equipment repair school
- Basic computer skills

- Valid Texas Driver's License
